      First one I received was damaged in mail. I immediately called Customer Service and John came to the rescue! He was so nice and professional and eager to resolve the issue! I received a replacement within several days and it was perfect! My brother-in-law loves it!! Thanks so much again, John, for all of your help! I will definitely order from them again!
